Há quem diga que a primeira impressão é a que fica.

A incorporação no atelier aconteceu num momento perto da entrega de um concurso. Embora a entrega esteja controlada, os concursos, nesta fase, implicam sempre um aumento na intensidade de trabalho. Ao mesmo tempo que se ajustavam alguns pormenores dos painéis e ao mesmo tempo que as imagens virtuais eram feitas, construia-se uma maqueta.

A maqueta como instrumento, seja no processo de trabalho ou na fase final como comprovativo das decisões, é uma linguagem universal e oferece informação insubstituível por nenhuma outra técnica. Ao contrário de uma imagem virtual onde  só se mostra aquilo que nos interessa, na maqueta tudo permanece e cada pessoa pode olhar para ela de uma forma diferente.

Uma das primeiras impressões que uma pessoa tem ao entrar no atelier é a importância concedida às maquetas. No fim de semana a entrega será terminada, estando satisfeitos com o resultado, que esperemos que o júri saiba apreciar.

Some people say the first impression counts.

The incorporation into the studio is done in the final phase of a competition.Though it was already well developed, competitions always involve an increase in the intensity of work.
While some details of the panels were being adjusted and virtual images were being made, we have built a model.
The model as a working tool, whether during the process or at the final stage, as evidence of decisions, is an universal language and brings information that no other technique can express. Unlike a virtual image, where we choose what to show, in the model everything is present and everyone can look at it differently.

One of the first impressions that one gets when entering the studio, is the importance given to models.
Over the weekend the delivery will be completed, we are satisfied with the result, let’s hope the jury will enjoy too.
