Enquanto o colaborador (estagiário) do atelier realiza a sua formação e posterior exame de acesso à Ordem dos Arquitectos, importa até Segunda-feira, avançar o mais possível na “finalização” das plantas do concurso que estamos focados. A ideia passa por, encaminhar ao colaborador o trabalho que a coordenação tem vindo a realizar desde há uma semana.

A partir de Terça-feira e até ao final do ano, seria ótimo iniciar e concluir o pequeno projeto que nos adjudicaram há umas semanas atrás. Trata-se de fazer uma “lavagem” a um espaço de uma casa, isto é, a uma sala de jogo com 50m², dotando-a de uma pequena sauna e banho-turco. Pela sua escala, à partida poderia ser visto como um projeto desinteressante (antes pelo contrário), mas, para além de surgir de um cliente (porreiro e) apetecível, vem também, e como já referido anteriormente num outro post, de um cliente que nos adjudicou um trabalho anterior (referimos também que este cliente é o nosso primeiro cliente repetido – dos que nos adjudicam trabalho).

From Tuesday at till the end of the year, it would be great to start and finish a small project that we were commissioned to do a few weeks ago. It has to do with a “wash” to an interior space of a house, that is, a games room with 50 sqm, giving it a small sauna and steam room. By its scale, at first this might look like an uninteresting project (on the contrary), but, besides coming from a (cool) and desirable client, it also comes, like we have referred on another post, from a returning client which had commissioned us another project we also mention that this is our first returning client – from those who commission us a work).
