Graça Morais Arts Center - Inside perspective
Hoje o trabalho do atelier, uma vez mais, passou por preparar a entrega do concurso.
Neste momento estamos a finalizar informações de síntese a inserir nos painéis. Por sua vez, trabalhamos com outras ferramentas, de cativação do júri; são elas as imagens virtuais. Uma observação: acredita-se que um bom projeto não necessita deste instrumento para falar por si, mas hoje em dia, esse bom projeto (infelizmente) tem que ser genial.
A pessoa que nos ajuda neste campo tem perfeito domínio da técnica. O seu primeiro projeto do atelier em que participou, foi a proposta a concurso para o Centro de Artes Graça Morais em Vila Flor.
Nessa altura recorda-se a insistência e necessidade de dedicação aos detalhes necessários a uma “boa” imagem. Recorda-se um caso simples, o da alheta necessária para… melhorar, isso, apenas isso, melhorar. Paralelamente, havia muito tempo “perdido” a explicar o projeto.
Hoje, passados mais ou menos 2 anos e meio, uma breve explicação é suficiente… esta evolução é positiva ao atelier. É também (muito) positivo o atelier contar com (muito) boas pessoas.
Once again, today the work of the studio was centered in preparing the delivery of the competition.
We are currently finalizing the summary information to be included in the A1 panels. We like to work with other tools such as virtual images, always with the aim of cativating the jury. A note: we believe that a good project does not need this tool to speak for itself, but nowadays, that good project (unfortunately) has to be genius.
The person who helps us in this field controls perfectly the virtual technique. The first time he participated on a project of the studio was the competition for the Arts Centre in Vila Flor Graça Morais.

At that time we recall the need for persistence and dedication to achieve a “good” image in every details. We remember a simple case, the vane need to … improve it, just that, improve. In parallel, there was a lot of “lost” time in explaining the project.
Today, after about two and a half years, a brief explanation is enough … this evolution is very good for the studio. It is also (very) positive that this studio counts on (very) good people.
